Hands down one of the best athletes on Earth today, Lewis Hamilton, as many would agree, is the most talented Formula 1 driver that there's ever been. He is also the only Black driver to compete in Formula 1. Fans see the sports star as the epitome of resilience for withstanding racism and hate early in his career and emerging through it as the man that he is today.  

Born on January 7, 1985, in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, Hamilton's distinctive penchant and aptitude for the sport started showing when he was a kid. Lewis was only ten when he became the youngest driver to win the British cadet karting championship, a groundbreaking feat that was the first step in his ascendency to be the greatest.

Lewis's F1 glory has not only endowed him with global fame, and a lavish lifestyle (his net worth stands at a whopping $285 million), but has also catapulted him into the elite dating pool. Judging by his dating track record, the athlete has seemingly made the best of the opportunities.   

Throughout his dating career as an A-list sports star, Hamilton has had all kinds of relationships, be it serious, flings, and even rumored ones. His dating history starts off with television personality Danielle Lloyd, with whom he had a good run for about six months at the onset of his driving career.  

The F1 driver had his first notable relationship with Jodia Ma, the daughter of Hong Kong businessman Ma Bo-kee. The two crossed paths at the Cambridge School of Arts and Sciences, where Lewis was trying to clear his GCSE exams, and Jodia was studying event management.   

The duo, despite the world of differences, started dating in 2003 and called it quits as Hamilton's career started taking off in 2007. In his autobiography, My Story, the Hertfordshire-born athlete expresses his debt to his ex-girlfriend and her now-disgraced tycoon father, who Lewis says gave him his first break by sponsoring him in the 2004 Macau Grand Prix.  

Hamilton and Jodia had an amicable split and are reportedly in touch after all these years. Following his split from Ma, Lewis was briefly linked with the 2007 Miss World Vivian Burkhardt, followed by another dating rumor with Nicole Scherzinger, with whom Hamilton will go on to have his longest relationship.   

Lewis and Scherzinger's lives couldn't have entwined at a better and the worst time. The two started dating when their career soaring at a phenomenal speed. While Lewis was taking over on the racetrack as a first-ever Black guy, Scherzinger's Pussycat Dolls hitmakers were hitting the Billboard one after another.  

Despite their demanding jobs, hectic schedules, and the constant spotlight, Hamilton and Scherzinger worked out their relationship, albeit, on and off, for eight-long years. The two, with their stunning red carpet appearances, and their reticent approach, were deemed to be a power couple.   

The pair ultimately broke up for good in 2015. Insiders later alleged that the duo's colliding schedules eventually got in their way. As per sources, the F1 fame came close to making Nicole his bride many times during their bumpy relationship. After ending things with the Pussycat Dolls singer, Hamilton had a rumored fling with Rihanna. The Mercedes driver has since only been delving into short-term or rumored romances.  

In the year 2016 alone, Hamilton was linked with singer Rita Ora, model, and Kendal Jenner. Although none of the pairings were confirmed, the F1 fame evidently shared a romantic relationship with each one of them at a certain time. Lewis's list of unconfirmed romances also includes Nicki Minaj and Sofia Richie.

The Formula 1: Drive to Survive star is perhaps onto another significant relationship in his love life, or perhaps not. It has been a while since the Brit has been linked with Columbian singer Shakira. The duo's rumored romance has been going on for nearly five months.

The pair's alleged relationship hasn't been confirmed yet but it has given fans new insight into Hamilton's personal life. A source recently divulged that the F1 superstar, 38, might be looking to welcome a kid with his next serious partner. Shakira, a doting mother of two, being the next probable partner of Hamilton, has no interest in becoming a mother again. 

As per everyone's knowledge, Shakira, 46, who had an infamous breakup with her longtime partner, Gerard Pique, over a year ago, is reportedly just looking for love. Hamilton and the Columbian singer were spotted on numerous one-on-one and group dates earlier this year. Insiders believe that the twosome, although slow in their moves, are in the early stages of dating.
